xPrint is a page planning, creation, and monitoring tool for print publications. It allows the association of pages in a publication in groups of zones, editions, sections. Through page inheritance - only minor adaptations are needed to pages when published in different zones and editions. This significantly reduces the need for manual editing of pages in an issue.

Zoned ads and articles are automatically placed on pages and output. In some publications ( Vi i Villa, Idenyt ) the number of pages needed to be manually edited in each issue decreased from 3000 to 160 on average, this significantly reduced the production cost. xPrint creates empty publications by applying appropriate InDesign templates and allowing the editor (through using drag and drop ) to place ads and articles on the pages. It automatically creates Classified ad pages. Supports output to multiple print houses of the same page scaling and page paring the content of the page accordingly, It applies color matching through the use of PDF Print Presets.

xEdit is a tag-based text editor used to create articles for print and WEB publication. Users type in text and apply appropriate tags to paragraphs. Each tag corresponds to one Paragraph or Character style in InDesign and one CSS from the WEB publishing platform.

Users can select an InDesign template to be used for the production of the article or a WEB template to publish the WEB version of the article. At any time user can receive a preview of the article in InDesign ( Print Edition ) or WEB and open the corresponding InDesign document and do the final retouch. Publishing of articles to the WEB is done directly from xEdit by selecting the page, position, and time to publish and unpublish the article. Web publishing platform provided a preview of the present version of the article should it be published now.

xCatalogue is a catalogue production tool that continuously imports and updates internal data base of products, assign and associate images to products , create article groups and edit all meta text on products.

The tool enables browsing through categories of articles, search, sort, apply discounts to selected articles, update price lists, print shelf labels with price and description of the articles. It will also create catalog pages from all selected articles in InDesign. It allows editing of article pages from multiple workstations by just locking the edited field using internal notification system to publish the lock/unlock on article assets between workstations printing multiple editors to change same property at same time.

epsPrint is a page paring and composition tool used to output and monitor page creation in newspaper production environment. It provides a OPI functionality, Print Spooler and Post-Script preflight of the output. Converted Postscript to PDF and receives 4 colour separation plates back from the RIPs to create rasterised preview of the combined pages prior photo-setting and print. User interface of epsPrint was created in Objective C.

It was running on a Indigo workstation operating under NextStep operating system. Simpler version of the user interface (without control possibilities ) that had only preview possibilities was done using HTML and C on the Back End and was accessible on any browser on the WorkStations. User interface was displaying preview and status of all page pairs in the production of each issue.

xArchive is archiving tool creating PDF, Text and Image archives from the produced pages. The tool supports creation of structured publications respecting Zones, Editions, Sections and Inserts. It can create page by page or multipage PDF for each of the issues of the publication.

xAds is a simple traffic tool used to monitor the ads in each publication, run preflight checks and generate reports. It allows user to match the ads arriving through mail, ftp and other sources and match them to booking info gathered from the Ad Sales system. Integration was done to Atex booking system, AdSales and Dynamics. System is preflighting the ads using integration to PitStop. It changed status of the ads allowing easy filtering of ads according to preflight status. It send reminders to delayed advertisers.

TTEditor is a editor used to create complex text articles structures such as pages for TVTablå. DataBase was Oracle. Tool allowed for easy creation of a TV and Radio program schemes and automatic creation of InDesign documents used to publish the program scheme on publishers WEbPages and print publications. The system automatically switched between long and short versions of each program synopsis to adjust the size of the content.
